Breakfast of Champions

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day.  It helps keep you going until lunch.  It also helps keep the body and mind balanced and fueled if done properly.   My favorite breakfast is something hot like oatmeal or 10 grain cereal with nuts and fruit.  Pair that with some fresh squeezed orange juice and 8 oz of almond milk with a bit of coffee.  

I challenge you to give a healthy breakfast a try for the next 7 days and take the time to notice  how you feel.  I know one participant in my study is getting breakfast every day, even on the road.  Starbucks offers oatmeal and you can add dried fruit and nuts as an option.  Go ahead and give it a try, I would love to hear how it goes.
