Blend your ingredients. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender in order.  Blend well until smooth. Serve as is or chilled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to serving.

Instructions
  1. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a seperate bowl, add tangerine zest and juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Toss dressing into salad until greens are coated evenly. Serve and enjoy.
