Kale for Breakfast?
This smoothie is bright green, fresh, sweet and absolutely delicious! It is a great way to start the day or great for a mid day snack. It contains two servings of fruit and one serving of green leafy vegetables. It is also good for boosting your immune system during these cold winter months.
You will need a good high speed blender to create this beauty.
1 cup of organic green grapes, washed and ready to go
1 medium ripe banana, peeled
1 cup of organic kale, washed
1 cup of ice cubes
Throw all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds and serve immediately. You have to try this and let me know how you like it!
